Que verde era mi valle / How green was my valley

Empecé esta serie de tiras hace 4 ó 5 años con el título “la generación perdida”, en alusión a mi propia generación, los nacidos en los 70 y 80, que crecimos con grandes expectativas y acabamos donde estamos ahora, con un futuro más que incierto.

Éstas en concreto aparecieron en el fanzine “El Glayador”. Les he dado color y les he cambiado el título por el de la película de John Ford, una frase de cinco palabras que define la realidad asturiana a la perfección.
Prometo continuar con más, inspiración no me falta.

I began these series of comic-strips 4 or 5 years ago with the title “the lost generation”, alluding to my own generation, the people who born in the 70s and 80s, and grew up with great expectations, ending up where we are now, with an uncertain future.

These specific ones appeared in the fanzine " El Glayador ". I have colored them, and changed the title into the one of John Ford's movie, a phrase of five words that defines the Asturian reality perfectly.
I promise to continue with more, I don´t lack inspiration.
